- i) Do your cufflinks come in giftboxes?
- Yes they do and we will place the cufflinks directly into the giftboxes for you.
- ii) Where are your products from?
- Our products are imported from multiple responsible and ethical suppliers all over the world. Our customized and engraved cufflinks are lovingly made in Singapore.
- Our cufflinks are made of rhodium plated alloy. Rhodium is more durable than other precious metals and usually does not provoke allergies. In addition, this material is a very reflective and shiny metal, which will not tarnish or rust over time, hence no polishing is required.
- iii) What if i am not satisfied with the product quality?
- We do our best to ensure that our products are of top-notch quality. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with a photo of the issue within 10 days of delivery. More details on returns can be found on our Returns Policy page.
iv) How do i know the reviews on your site are genuine?
- We invite only customers to write our reviews. Our review engine Yotpo offers three levels of trust and transparency (Verified Buyer, Verified User, and Anonymous). When users write reviews through the Mail After Purchase email, they are published as a "Verified Buyer" since we can verify that they bought the product they are reviewing. When users write reviews on the website itself, they get an email to verify their review. Once they verify their email address, they get a "Verified Reviewer" badge. If they do not verify their review through either of these means, they are considered an "Anonymous" reviewer.
- i) Can i engrave a different message or photo on different sides of the cufflink?
- Yes, you can. There are no additional charges for doing so.
- ii) Can you expedite the delivery for customized cufflinks?
- Sorry, it will usually take 4-5 working days as the production of customized cufflinks is slightly more complicated. If you need to expedite, you have the option of bringing it to your own engraving shop and the engraving fees will usually be $35 or more.
iii) Do have photos of samples?
- Yes we do! Check out our blog post for actual samples.
- iv) Can you engrave on other designs other than those in the 'Customized Cufflinks' collection
- For some designs not in our customized collection, we may be able to engrave on the back of the cufflinks for an extra special finishing touch. Please email us to confirm if the design you are interested in can be engraved before placing your order. Due to space constraints and material differences, not all designs can be engraved.
The cost of such engraving will be an additional S$12 and an additional 5 working days to process. Once we have confirmed that we can add on the engraving, we will send you an online invoice to make payment by PayPal or credit card.
- v) How do I indicate the text and font needed?
- You can input your requirements on the product page before adding to cart. Refer to our animated guide for full details. Alternatively, you can also email us your instructions after you have check out.
vi) Can my photos be used for the cufflinks?
As a standard, the photo chosen should leave some spaces around the face to fit into a circle. If the photo chosen does not have enough spaces and you still wish to use the photo, there will be some white spaces. Please refer to the example below.
- i) Can I create a customized tie?
- Yes, for customized ties, we provide 100% silk or polyester ties in various widths. These are perfect for corporate gifting occasions and as a memorable event door gift. Please note that custom made ties require a minimum order of 50 ties and 30-40 working days for production. The same design can also be made into a bowtie, pocket square or ladies' scarf. Please contact us with your quantity, timeline and design ideas for more information.
- i) How do I qualify for the loyalty discounts?
- To quality for our loyalty discounts, you will need to have an active account with us. Once you reach each loyalty stage with the requisite amount of spend, we will email you the corresponding discount code for your next purchase.
- ii) How do i create an account?
- If this is the first time you are buying from us, you will be able to auto-create a new account with us at the end of your checkout process in order to enroll in our loyalty scheme. If you forgot to do it after your purchase, just email us and we will resend you an account invite.

Shipping & Delivery
- v) What modes of delivery are available?
- We offer free global shipping by either registered mail (7-18 working days) or express courier via DHL (2- 4 working days). Registered mail may not be available in all countries due to the high risk of getting lost in the mail for certain destinations.
- In Singapore, we ship via local couriers. Detailed information can be found on our Shipping Information page.
- vi) Do you offer self-collection?
- We have retail partners in Singapore where you can find a number of our designs and purchase them on the spot. Alternatively, if you wish to drop by our warehouse at 23 Neythal road #01-03 Singapore 628588 (Jurong West) for self-collection, please place your order online at least 1 day in advance and email us if you have questions. Collection is between 830am-530pm, Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays.
- vii) What if i don't receive my package?
- Please check your shipping confirmation email date for details. You should have received our email one working day after your order date and you can track your order via our tracking engine or login to your customer account. Please allow up to 24 hours for the order status to be updated on their sites.

- viii) When is the earliest i can get my purchase?
- Singapore shoppers: If you place your order before 1pm SGT, you should be able to get your purchase within the next two working days. It's recommended to opt for the 2 -3 day courier service which will assure you of the fastest delivery time. Please ensure your contact number is filled up at checkout to avoid delays.
- This does not include engraved cufflink orders which still require 5 working days to process.

- Global shoppers: You will be able to receive your order in 2-5 working days depending on your location. The fastest and recommended mode of delivery is by express courier which you can select upon checkout.
- ix) How do i place an order?
- To order, simply add your desired items to the shopping cart and check out the item. If this is the first time you are buying from us, you will be able to auto-create a new account with us at the end of your checkout process in order to enroll in our loyalty scheme. Please refer to our How to Order Guide for details.
- x) Do your cufflinks come in a pair?
- All cufflinks come in a pair, so if the quantity is listed as '1', it is one pair of cufflinks. Yes we know, our prices are incredible, so please order more. :)
- xi) Do you do bulk/retail orders?
- Yes we do, for bulk orders/retail orders, please refer to our Wholesale/Retail page.
- xii) what payment modes are available?
Extremely convenient options are available on our site:
- 1) Credit Card payments
- Payments by Visa, Mastercard or AMEX will be processed securely by Stripe, a global payments platform with DCI PSS compliant solutions.
- We do not store any credit card or bank details on our site, all purchases are protected by Stripe and Paypal SSL, so your purchase is 100% secure.
xii) Can i pay via bank transfer?
For customers located overseas, please note that inward telegraphic transfers may be pretty costly due to exchange rates and admin fees. You may have to pay up to US$20 extra. Some modern transfer sites like Transferwise may have lower transfer fees. If you wish to pay by inward telegraphic transfer, we will gladly provide you our account details.
For our global customers, we strongly advise you to pay by credit card or Paypal to avoid delays in payments being received which would delay your order.
- A) Do you have a retail store?
- Right now we are a 100% online store, but you can always purchase our products at our retail partners in Singapore.
B) Does your team ever sleep?
No not really, but we get by very well! :)
