How to Order?
To place an order online, just follow the 8 simple steps below. If you have any questions, simply contact us!
Step 1 (Ordering):
Select your desired design and add it to the shopping cart. For custom engraved cufflinks, you may wish to refer to this guide for customised cufflinks too.
Step 2 (Shopping Cart):
The cart pages loads automatically upon addition of items to cart. On the Shopping Cart, add on giftboxes and adjust quantities if required.
Remember to click 'Update Cart' to refresh the prices when you change the quantities of the items.
Click 'Proceed to Checkout'.
Step 3 (Account Login/Creation):
If you are an existing customer, simply click on the <Log in> link and complete your purchase. If this is your first purchase, do fill up your details to create an account to enjoy our loyalty discounts for subsequent purchases.
Step 4 (Billing & Shipping Addresses):
Fill up your details. You can choose to ship to your billing address or enter a different one. Existing customers will have their details pre-filled on this page. Enter your discount code if you have any. Click on 'Continue to Shipping Method'.
Step 5 (Payment & Shipping Mode):
Step 6 (Completing Payment):
a) If you selected payment by credit card, key in your card details and click Complete Order.
b) If you are paying by bank transfer, please make a transfer to our bank accounts listed and email us after you are done. You can find the bank transfer information on this page or in your order confirmation email.
You can choose to be notified of your order via Facebook Messenger by checking the box under the Notifications tab.
Step 7 (Confirmation Email):
You will receive an email confirmation in your inbox with your purchase details. Once we process your order, you will receive another shipping confirmation in your inbox.
If you do not receive any email confirmation within 30mins, please contact us immediately as your order may not have been completed successfully.
