Returns Policy

Returns are Easy!

We do our best to ensure that our products are of top-notch quality.

However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible once you receive it and cite your invoice/product name and reason for returns.

Overview of Returns Policy

Coverage periods for returns:
  • Faulty items: replacement request to be submitted within 10 days of receiving the order
  • Watch Movement Cufflinks: replacement request to be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order
  • Moleskine products/Bellroy products/Engraved products: Strictly No Returns
Refund method:
  • Via cash/credit card payment or store credit if refund is requested within 10 days
  • Store credit only if refund is requested within 30 days
Once the item is shipped to us, we will mail you a replacement cufflink, credit a full cash refund into your account or send you a credit voucher for the equivalent value within 5-10 working days. We have a 10 day cash refund policy and a 30 day credit refund policy.
Product exchanges are subject to availability. If the product you want is no longer available, we are happy to exchange it for something of a similar value.
Detailed Returns Policy
Exchanges due to defects:
  • For defects, please take a photo of the cufflink and send it to us.
  • We will refund reasonable postage costs of a return if we are able verified that the product is faulty either via photos or upon physical inspection. In such cases, the cost of shipping replacement products will be borne by The Little Link.

  • We recommend that you use registered mail for all refund and exchanges claims, as we cannot be responsible for replacing items should they be lost in transit.
  • Coverage period for standard returns is within 10 days of receiving the order. For Watch Movement cufflinks, coverage period is extended to 30 days.
  • We have a 10 day cash refund policy and a 30 day credit refund policy.
Exchanges due to change in preference:
  • If you change your mind about the item you ordered, you may request for a one-time change to another design.
  • The exchange is for an item of higher value, a top up in value has to be done before we mail out the replacement. If the exchange is for an item of a lower value, no refunds will be applicable.
  • We will accept items which are undamaged and in their original plastic wrapping. We recommend that you use registered mail for all refund and exchanges claims, as we cannot be responsible for replacing items should they be lost in transit.
  • Postage for returns due to change in preferences will be borne by the customer.
  • For returns of >3 items in a single order, a restocking fee of S$5 will be applicable.
  • Please note that engraved/customized cufflinks are strictly not refundable or exchangeable because they are one of a kind specially made for each customer.
  • Returned items are to reach us within 30 days and must be bubble wrapped to prevent scratches / damages. If returned items are damaged during delivery, we are not liable. 
  • We have a 10 day cash refund policy and a 30 day credit refund policy.
Returns due to other reasons e.g. wrong address given, rejected by recipient:
  • If items are returned due to wrong/incomplete addresses given, we will attempt redelivery with the right address. Additional fees may apply. We strongly encourage delivery by express courier for overseas orders to prevent delays.
  • If customers would like to refund their order due to wrong/incomplete address issues, refunds will be made after deducting all postage costs involved for any deliveries or re-deliveries made.
When will I get my refund?
  • Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy.
  • This quality check can take up to 3 working days, though generally less. Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-2 days for the refund to be made by our team through your original payment method (for example your credit card).
  • Please note that the time taken for the refund to reach you can vary depending on the payment mode. For credit card refunds, it will generally be reflected in your next bill. If you do not receive your refund within 21 business days, please contact us. 
Others:
We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable. Our returns policy is in place to make it easier for our customers to shop with us, but we have the right to reject returns if there is evidence of exploitation of the policy e.g. ordering items for temporary usage and returning it afterwards.
